This young man, who looked European to me, was going around on the campus grounds picking up neglected trash. He had a specific bag in hand for his collection. I could tell it was a service of a volunteer nature and that softened my heart. I let him know, “It’s great what you’re doing.” I moved when I discovered he was behind me. He identified himself as “Sam!”
Sam is from the UK and does dramas at the Manor outside London. He has a tattoo on his neck which reads “27.” For those who don’t know, many people who were famous died at that age, often from an overdose. I’m glad to know he survived beyond that number. Perhaps it’s an assumption. Anyways, I asked him to come around to the auditorium when our actors get prepared for the evening show. He did, and I then made him the master of ceremonies along with myself, just like that.
It was our first night in 2025. New costumes. Actors were in top form. Congrats! I also met Janardan Maharaja and Ananka Dundubi who is working on the cosmological project for the new TOVP temple. He said scientists are taking an interest in the Vedic version on the world’s universal make-up.
It’s good to know the world is opening up, at least in some sectors. I can’t say that for everyone, including some of our world leaders. To date, Mody is my favourite.
